“Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life.” This is the quote I have chosen to live by. Born and raised in Clovis, CA I received my first gym membership when I was 16 years old. I wish I could say I fell in love with the gym right from the start,  but that wasn’t the case… It’s no secret that working out is a mental and physical challenge! It wasn’t until I began to see myself morph into a stronger, happier, and healthier person that my love for fitness flourished. From that point on, I knew what I loved to do, and I knew I wanted to help others achieve those same life-changing effects that fitness provides.

At age 18, I became NASM Certified and began my work as a trainer, while continuing my education with Pennsylvania State University World Campus. In 2018, I earned my B.S. in Business Management/ Marketing. Prior to graduation, after working two years as a trainer for a local gym, I decided to use my passion and education to start my own business, Alicia Giana Fitness. But, it wasn’t until November of 2020, that the AGF Gym opened its doors. Post-pandemic, I knew my clients needed and deserved a private, clean gym to continue their fitness journey. 

Outside of the gym, I enjoy riding my horse, “Bob”. I am also the proud Corgi Mama of two pooches named Lucy & Calvin, who have unintentionally become the official mascots on all of my social media platforms. I love sharing all of my fitness tips and workouts with my clients and followers, and they makes them that much more interesting! Being able to do the things I love with Bob, Lucy, Calvin, my family, and friends is a huge motivator for me to stay physically fit.

I believe in working hard at the gym, so you can live your best life outside of the gym. I believe in living a healthy lifestyle, while also living to the fullest, which often includes yummy foods and other indulgences. As I tell my clients, “It’s all about balance.” You have to learn what works for YOU. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness. This is where I come in and am here for my clients: to help them find that balance and learn what it truly means to live a healthy lifestyle.

Today, I help numerous clients achieve life-changing results and have earned several fitness titles, including NASM Nutrition Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, & Corrective Exercise Specialist.
