Each training session will take you one step further to gaining strength and confidence. As we work together, I will help by answering any questions and concerns you may have while embarking on this incredible fitness journey.

TRAINING HOURS:
One-On-One Training

Group Training
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm 
Saturdays: Occassional “pop-up” sessions available.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

One-on-one allows personal time between you and I to work on specific goals while perfecting form and technique in a more private setting.
$70/Session
*Sessions are 55 Minutes.
*One-on-one clients who spend $300 or more per month receive an open gym membership.

GROUP TRAINING

Groups are typically 3-10 people. Group training is self-paced, and the workout can be modified to fit each person’s specific fitness level and needs. It is a fun and uplifting atmosphere, where everyone can work on themselves with the encouragement of others.
Unlimited Monthly Package: $300

*Includes AGF Open Gym Membership

8 Session Monthly Package: $200
*Add-On Sessions: $30
*Does NOT include AGF Open Gym Membership

4 Session Monthly Package: $120
*Add-On Sessions: $30

Drop-In Sessions: $35

ONLINE TRAINING

Online training workouts can be followed from your own home, on-the-go, or at another gym. Whether you live in Clovis, or across the state or country, online training is available to all. Workouts include demo videos, exercise tips, and more on my brand new, state-of-the-art software! *Dumbbells required* 

$15/Per Workout 
or
$120/Monthly Subscription (2 new workouts per week)

NUTRITION ACCOUNTABILITY & GUIDANCE

This is automatically an (optional) perk to becoming my client. This includes monthly body fat testing, daily or weekly diet check-ins (depending on what you prefer), help with calorie & macro tracking, healthy-eating printable guides, and more.
