WHAT IS GROUP TRAINING?

Groups are typically 3-10 people. Group training is self-paced, and the workout can be modified to fit each person’s specific fitness level and needs. It is a fun and uplifting atmosphere, where everyone can work on themselves with the encouragement of others.

Group Training Schedule:
M, W, Fri – 5am, 6am 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am
Tue & Thurs- 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm

Unlimited Monthly Package: $330

*Includes AGF Open Gym Membership

8 Session Monthly Package: $230
*Add-On Sessions: $30
*Does NOT include AGF Open Gym Membership- can be purchased for an additional $60/month.

4 Session Monthly Package: $140
*Add-On Sessions: $30
*Does NOT include AGF Open Gym Membership- can be purchased for an additional $60/month.

Drop-In Sessions: $40
*Sessions are 55 Minutes.
