Training Membership Terms & Conditions
PAYMENTS:
– Payments are due in full each month, NO LATER THAN the 1st of the month.
*Any payment made past the 1st will result in a $10 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
–Cash, check, Zelle, credit/debit card, and automatic bank transfers are accepted.
*Credit & debit cards do not reflect the 3.99% cash discount price.
*Denied bank transfers or CC transactions will result in a $10 fee.
*Credit card info will be collected upon sign up. Credit cards on file will automatically be charged, as needed, to collect any late payment fees, late cancellation fees, denied bank transfer/ CC fees, or any unpaid balance amounts for services.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:
You are able to reschedule a session in advance if at least a 24-hour notice is given. ***The make-up session must be booked within the same month as the original session. It cannot be carried into the next month. If your schedule does not allow a session to be made up in the same month, it will be a forfeited session.
4 & 8 SESSION MONTHLY PACKAGES: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice due to illness, family issues, or emergencies, you will receive ONE make-up session per month. After your one make-up session, all other cancellations without 24 hours notice will forfeit your scheduled session. If you choose to still rebook the forfeited session, it will be considered an “add-on” session, and you will be billed accordingly.
UNLIMITED MONTHLY PACKAGE:
If you cancel within less than 24 hours notice due to illness, family issues, or emergencies, you will receive TWO “freebie” cancellations per month. You will not be charged for these “freebie” cancellations. After these two “freebie” cancellations are used, a $10 fee will be applied for all cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
-No refunds or credits will be given for unused sessions. All packages are month to month, and therefore, will expire the last day of each month.
-Make-up sessions are subject to availability, and one-on-one clients may be with one or more other clients in order to accommodate you.
-If you arrive late for your scheduled time, no time will be carried over into the session after yours on that day.
-It is your responsibility to use your sessions in a given month when 3 weeks or more is available for you to train.
-At least 7 days written notice is required, prior to the 1st of the month, to freeze or cancel your account. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full charge of services for the upcoming month. No refunds.
*Note: When freezing your account, your return is subject to availability.
-At least 7 days written (emailed) notice is required, prior to the 1st of the month, to downgrade your training membership type.
